We train in groups with a maximum of 10 people. Each training is guided by one of our specialists.
What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a mix of cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting. Routine is the enemy. Your training varies constantly and workouts are usually short and intense. All elements of training come into play: strength, agility, power, endurance, core strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and precision!
CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of age or physical condition.
