Try-out lesson for the inexperienced CrossFit athlete
In case you're new to Crossfit, we want to give you all the attention you need. This is why we don’t offer free try-out lessons for starting CrossFit athletes in our box. We don’t want to limit the attention we can give to you or the attention we can give to our present members. We also don’t believe it’s possible to experience CrossFit in one single lesson.
This doesn’t imply that CrossFit is only for talented and well-trained athletes. On the contrary: CrossFit is suited for all of you and we most certainly wouldn’t like to discourage anyone for this reason. Therefore, instead of one single lesson, we choose to offer a full CrossFit introduction course.
