Hello there! I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost 10 years and have been coaching for quite a few years now. Sports is actually the common thread in my life: after my education as a sports and exercise coach, I worked in various regular gyms. This is where I truly found my passion: coaching and teaching athletes.
I prefer the weightlifting part of CrossFit, anything with a barbell really. When it’s a workout with cleans, jerks, and/or snatches you’ll see me being very excited! I really love the CrossFit community and seeing progress in all athletes. From teaching novice athletes the basics to participating in CrossFit competitions. In the end, I think it’s especially important everyone goes home with a good feeling. Are you ready for a sweat session in my next class?
