At 17, I started CrossFit, which I have enjoyed doing for several years now. What I like most is the variety and challenge. After all, you always have something you can get better or stronger at. I have a long, but certainly exciting road ahead of me myself to become the best version of myself 🙂
YouAct is the perfect foundation for me: not only to develop myself as a trainer but also as an athlete. So I want to impart to people in my class that it’s okay to step out of your comfort zone once in a while. Push your limits and step into the uncomfortable. It is great when, as a result, people achieve an accomplishment they did not expect of themselves.
Count on me to go out of my way to help you achieve your goals. Any goal, no matter how small or large, is a wonderful pursuit. A goal that encourages you and others around you to do your best. So encourage each other and pick up just a kilo more in the WOD, while I take care of the good beats ;).
